Goal: Introduce competitive swimming to beginning swimmers by emphasizing the four competitive strokes, starts and turns. Dates/Time: Classes are 45 minutes long and run for 10 days, Monday thru Friday, from 10:15 AM until 11:00 AM. June 15 thru 26 Location: Tourtellotte Pool Cost: $50 plus pool admission. Registration: From 8:00 to 10:00 AM the first day of the session OR Mail the registration form along with the registration fee to: Alex Lindstrom Head Coach Mantas Swim Club PO BOX 1 Nicollet, MN 56074          Registration Form          Info Sheet Classes will focus on the following objectives: Objective 1: Swimmers will be able to correctly perform each of the four competitive strokes. Objective 2: Swimmers will be able to perform legal starts for each of the four competitive strokes. Objective 3: Swimmers will be able to perform legal turns for each of the four competitive strokes. Objective 4: Swimmers will be able to swim at least 100 meters without stopping. Objective 5: Swimmers will demonstrate the core values of being a member of a team. Objective 6: Swimmers will demonstrate an understanding of and participate in a mock competitive meet. ABOVE ALL: Swimmers will have FUN while learning in a Safe and Competitive Environment!
